21 weeks - Brunch... at a restaurant?

As you can see, this week... Cal has found his feet! He can't keep his hands off of them, those little ab muscles of his must be getting a work out!


Matt and I decided to be brave and take Cal to brunch with us, our first meal out at a restaurant as a family! And you know what? Cal did great! He sat in the high chair for the first time, played with some toys, read a book with Daddy and just watched us enjoy our yummy food.

This was Cal in the car on the way home being silly.

 Matt took Cal for a walk while I went to the grocery store... by myself... and I blasted Mariah Carey and sang along all the way there.

Cal has been so interested every time I ate an apple, so I decided I'd let him have a taste. He couldn't get enough... he loved it so much he just kept licking it and licking it.

Cal has been chatting up a storm at home, high pitched, low pitched, everything in between.
